Moving to Joshua Tree in 2008

I am going to be relocating to Joshua Tree in 2008, and was wondering whether Flashbyte.us lives up to the claims of it's website. Our property may be in an area that isn't covered, but maybe by the time we get there, it will be an option. It's just over the hills/rocks to the N-NW of the Cafe. I was hoping to get some feedback from other Flashbyte users as to whether they are satisfied with the service.
